Teenie

is a very handsome Western Fence Lizard.He's looking for a home that can provide him a 40 gallon horizontal enclosure or larger. He will need a home who can provide him with linear UVB as well as several ledges or opportunities for basking. He is currently eating a variety of insects 2-3 times a week. Teenie's bugs needs both to be dusted with Zoo Med's calcium without D3 every feeding as well as gut-loaded with a variety of healthy food. Every 5th feeding, his bugs will need to be dusted with Zoo Med's Reptivite containing D3 instead. He enjoys having things to explore in his enclosure, so he will need lots of foliage and enrichment! Some of his favorite things to do are dig in his substrate and climb on and around ledges, sticks, plants, and other enrichment items. He is diurnal, so he is awake during the day. We do not expect him to grow much more, if at all.

Teenie was accidentally transported along with a shipment of to a clothing store. In December of 2024, he was given to us as the previous owner was unequipped to give him the care he needs. While he does not enjoy handling, you can find this aloof little cutie is still interactive, picks up feeding cues, and enjoys being talked to through the glass.
